We at Audiostore Ltd. strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy, subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

2.1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2.2. Items exempt from being returned include customised goods. Customised goods are products that have been tailored or modified according to your specifications and, therefore, cannot be returned for a refund.

3. Return Process

3.2. Clearly state your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

3.3. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) and the return address.

4. Return Shipping Costs

4.1. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

4.2. For overseas customers returning items due to an error on our part or a defective product, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We will provide instructions on how to return the item(s) and, in certain cases, may arrange for a reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs.

5. Inspection and Approval

5.1. Once we receive the returned item(s), they will be inspected for eligibility based on the conditions outlined in section 2.
