Playback from Rendu and Nova devices

Uniquely, systems powered by Sonicorbiter software offer a diverse array of applications. Supplied with playback apps for Roon, Squeezebox (LMS), HQPlayer, DLNA, Airplay, Spotify, and more, you have the flexibility to choose the player apps that best suit your Server systems.

In most scenarios, connecting a USB DAC for playback is the standard. Optionally, you can configure the unit to play from multiple sources, seamlessly swapping between them using the AudioApp Switcher in under 10 seconds. This allows you to enjoy your music utilizing the best features from various sources.

Control playback effortlessly through a browser or dedicated apps on tablets and phones, supporting both Apple and Android platforms.

The Sonore UPnP Bridge extends compatibility, enabling non-compatible systems like Naim, Linn, Moon, Melco, and others to function as Roon endpoints.

The screenshot shows the Rendu Apps – the server playback Apps are mainly the same. Please note that Roonready is no longer available for playback directly from our servers. Most users prefer playing from an endpoint. If you want to connect a DAC directly to the server, enable ‘Local Playback’ in the Nova Roon App. The player will then appear as a local player in Roon.

For cost-effective, high-quality network players for Squeezebox and Roon, consider DAC32 and DIGI32. Simply enable ‘Squeezebox Compatibility’ in Roon for seamless integration
