Description
This software is released from 2nd October, 2026. The software provides many enhancements over previous versions including File Import from an attached USB drive, automatic sensing of USB DACS, direct CD playback, and support for HDMI and Bluetooth output.
In many cases OSv3 is end-user installable but customers should check with us + we will also offer an update service. We will offer validation on this page from October 12th. You will need to supply us with which unit that you have, your original order number/date and whether you use onboard audio, SPDIF or TOSLink as these are not currently validated. We will also offer to upgrade some 3rd party servers.
The following applications are available as standard in OSv3 Server Software. Most applications are free but some applications (Roon, HQPlayer Server, Audirvana etc) attract a licence charge. Of course the systems will also output to network endpoint such as ultraRendu and opticalRendu, which also much enhanced since they have received a complementary v3 update
