The Signature Rendu SE Deluxe takes a fibre optic Ethernet input or cable ethernet input and renders it to a perfect, ultra-low noise USB feed to your USB DAC. While the opticalRendu is a revolutionary product, the Signature Rendu SE Deluxe takes off from the opticalRendu concept, improving on it by refinement and attention to every detail. The internal femto clocks were further improved in mid-2024 for even better sound quality

The SRSE DL takes advantage of single chassis design, allowing close coupling of the power supply and processing board for the ultimate in ultra-low impedance and ultra-low noise power delivery. The SRSE DLprocessing board uses a large footprint to allow for eleven independent low noise voltage regulation stages, and better physical separation of the Ethernet processing and USB output sections, further reducing noise and cross-talk. Twin ultra-low phase noise (‘femto’) oscillators control all processing and USB audio output

• The internal power supply is a no compromise design featuring a custom wound, EI style transformer from Mercury Magnetics (USA). The transformer effectively blocks AC line noise, providing a solid foundation of clean power.
• Ultra-soft recovery diodes and film capacitor damping assure a DC supply free of ringing artefacts, and massive power supply capacitance (50% more than used in the Sonore Signature Supply) ensures low impedance/low ripple power delivery to the discrete linear pre-regulator.
• A stainless-steel chassis divider protects the processing circuitry from both AC wiring and transformer stray RF and EM interference.
• The Signature Rendu SE Delux is housed in a beautiful audiophile custom chassis, (made in the USA) which is at home alongside the finest audio components in the world.

How do I use this? – The Sonore Signature Rendu SE Delux requires an optical network signal. If you have a server with optical network, then nothing else is required except a DAC. If not, you can convert your existing network to optical network with Sonore Optical Module Deluxe or other media converter. You will also need a length of optical networking cable. It will be a player for Roon, Squeezebox, DLNA etc

Additional Option – ultraDigital, USB to SPDIF and LVDS i2s converter (external)

The Sonore ultraDigital is a USB digital converter with SPDIF output via BNC and a LVDS i2s output via HDMI. The LVDS i2s output supports various formats for compatibility with various digital to analog converters. For use with microRendu, ultraRendu, and Signature Rendu SE only.
Note that Sonore will not provide support for direct connection to OS X or Windows
